Our Process
From your first contact to the completed install, we want to make the process of creating your new kitchen with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Creating the new heart of your home should be a fun and fulfilling process after all!
With 20 years of experience, we have fine tuned our workflow to give you maximum input with minimum fuss.
1. The Showroom
We'll walk you through our ranges and then sit down to talk about your wishes and needs. We'll ask about your style ideas and also your budget, not because we're nosy but so that we can guide you to the most suitable ranges.
2. The Survey
We'll come out to your home at a time suitable to measure up, review your space and discuss with you any additional work you may require. From electrical to plumbing, tiling to painting we can take care of the entire process using our trusted network of certified tradesmen.
3. The Design
The design process begins. We will share within 7 days of our home visit ideas for your new kitchen design, using our leading 3D software to help you visualise your new kitchen. After taking on board all of your feedback, we will finalise the design and costings.
4. The Install
By now you will have met our best-in-class install team who will bring your vision to life. Your new kitchen will be delivered within 4-8 weeks and installed to a gold class standard. After a final inspection by us, you will be ready to make new memories in your new kitchen.
